I recently spoke with a young lady who had just finished her freshman year at the University of Illinois. I love talking to young minds because it gives me an idea of what’s going on in the world’s of our young people (that sounded real old, but true).
After talking about living away from home, majors, frats and sororities, (you know the regular stuff) I asked her what was her most interesting class. She said it was “Ebonics.” (more…)
Some of my young brothers are graduating from high scool and now that you are 18 you are off to college, out in the world, off to Iraq, or out on the street.
